Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

All orders placed during our exclusive pre-order phase (May 1st – July 31st, 2025) are scheduled to be delivered by the end of August 2025 at the latest.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your backpack is on the way.

 

Guaranteed Refund

In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your backpack before November 2025, we guarantee a full refund of your original purchase amount.

This policy applies only to orders placed during the official pre-order period and is covered under our full Terms of Delivery.
